Soul Sessions is a self paced journey of discovering different parts of who are, who you were and who you want to become. In the comfort of your own home and in your time, you find the support and guidance to step out of feelings of being stuck, lost, in pain and repeating the same patterns over and over. Soul Sessions is about acknowledging what’s gotten you to where you are today, awareness to how your thoughts and feelings create your everyday and allowing you to choose moving forward to the next stage of your life with observation, kindness and most of all knowing your own strength and courage – POWERFUL INTERNAL CHANGES!
Every month there are 2 videos released every 2nd and 4th Wednesday on a specific topic to work through. With the focus on limiting beliefs, blocks, patterns, karma and trauma, we switch this to create a soft, grounded deep sense of safety within. This safety is an opening, a space for you to call in your heart & soul’s desires AND call in what supports you in who you are today and where you’re moving towards.
There are specific Series created if you’re wanting to work on a specific area or just starting your spiritual journey and wanting a foundation to begin with, if you’re ready to dive into some deep healing or just wanting to reset your direction in life. Each series has 8 x 60min sessions for you to complete (I suggest 1 x per week and listen to your Audio Subliminals to allow for deep shifts within you. There are over 6 Series to choose from or you can pick and choose your own Soul Sessions to do at your own pace.

Each Soul Session includes a Audio Subliminal, Energy Alchemy & Light Language (frequency in sound).
Bonus is you’re able to download each of these Audio Subliminals + some activations as well as the notes that we work through.
