Every single one of us IS manipulating energy but most of us are doing this without any awareness so we’re not conscious of what type of energy we are manipulating AND calling in.

To understand how we can manipulate energy, there are 2 parts to working with energy whether for ourselves or other people.

  1. INTENTION

Our intention is like a Sat Nav – it gives you & the universe the direction of where you’re wanting to go AND what you’re wanting to bring towards you 

  1. BREATH

Our breath is the machine that moves energy, think of our breath like the engine of the car that gives it the grunt to move. The pace and depth of your breath is what you’re 100% in charge of so you can slow or quicken movement through your breathing – I prefer deep and slow deliberate breaths as general pace to work with

Here is how we’re manipulating energy all the time without realising we’re doing it with our self-talk & thinking. Many of us are always so consumed with what we don’t want and what we don’t want to happen that we kind of get fixated on it. Our thoughts will go over and over what we don’t like and why is this happening and whose fault it is etc. And so, this becomes our intention whether you planned for this or not.

If you’re a stressed or anxious person with these types of thoughts/self-talk, then this becomes your intention without realising it. As you may be stressed or anxious, your breathing becomes shorter and quicker making this vibration come faster towards you and hence a cycle begins of destabilising yourself energetically with your communication to the universe/source/God.

It is of the utmost importance that we become aware of the intention signals we’re emitting AND pace at which we breathe these intentions to life!

 An intention is simply a thought and

  • If we hold a thought regularly for 17 seconds, we activate LAW OF ATTRACTION
  • If we hold a thought regularly for 68 seconds, we activate MANIFESTATION

Exercise – Write down ONE THING that’s easy for you to repetitively hold a thought for over the next 2 weeks.

 

Example: I am connected to my heart – INTENTION

                 Activating this intention - BREATHING

The next layer when learning to manipulate energy, the first and most important part is being able to experience and be clear in our own energy. There’s no point in manipulating energy if you’re carrying everyone else’s and especially if they’re not wanting the same as you. That’s a heavy load of energy to be pulling – it will feel like you’re carrying this all uphill.

So here we start with the simplest foundations and I’m going to explain each one.

  1. DISCONNECTING – CUTTING CORDS

Most people don’t understand how significant this 1st step is. I know at times that I’ve rushed through disconnecting myself only to realise that I’m still connected to some as I rushed through this part.

Disconnecting/cutting cords is like retreating to your home from a loud busy, crazy day. For myself, cutting cords is like creating a haven space for me just to hang out in and also check in with myself.

Cutting cords – is like washing your hands regularly throughout the day – this is how often I encourage you to be cutting cords.

  • EVERY TIME YOU WASH YOUR HANDS – CUT YOUR CORDS
  1. CENTRING

This step is so lovely especially if you’re a feeler. Centring is all about bringing your energy back home to you. It guides you gently back into your body so you can step into the moment of whatever you’re choosing to do. This is a soft cosy step where you’re gently tucked back into the body with a lightness and hug. This

is what I would call a gentle earthing, not fully grounded and connected to the earth but a gentle mingling with the earth is happening

  • EVERY TIME YOU STAND UP – CENTRE YOURSELF 
  1. GROUNDING/EARTHING

This 3rd step is all about being solidly in your body and to get this solid sensation is to fully connect with the earth. Most people that live outside their body can find being fully back in their body heavy and clunky. It’s an indication that you may be living from your mind up e.g. always in your head and thoughts are erratic and everywhere. It means that you’ve been living in the future instead of the present moment. When you fully connect to your body AND earth’s vibration, it can feel like someone is pulling the handbrake up for you as you cannot have these scattered thoughts = stress/anxiety. So, when you do come back into your body, connect to the earth, it will feel heavy and perhaps not a free to frantically think of everything that can go wrong OR try to work out your tasks before you need to.

  • EVERY TIME YOU TAKE A STEP – GROUND YOURSELF
  1. STRENGTHENING & BUFFERING

This final step is all about embracing the earth’s energy to strengthen and buffer your auric field. This will work as means of protection for energy. If we’re strong in our energy with our auric field, it means that our vibration is working at a higher frequency. We’re able to hold this frequency and maintain it by using the earth’s frequency. Mother earth’s energy is strong and vibrant and when we intertwine her energy with ours – magic happens. When you do this daily, your vibrancy & radiancy begins to bloom and expand. This is what I call our shine!

  • EVERY TIME YOU PAUSE & BREATHE DEEPLY – STRENGTHEN YOUR AURIC FIELD

4 STEPS of SPIRITUAL HYGIENE

  1. DISCONNECTING

  1. CENTRING

imagine wrapping a blanket around your shoulders which brings all your energy back home - present 

  1.  GROUNDING

imagine an anchor dropping down into the centre of the earth (like in the ocean) and sense it is dropping onto the ground - you are fully present in your body whilst connected to the earth

  1. STRENGTHENING & BUFFERING

imagine the earth’s energy travelling up the anchor to the soles of your feet and begin to fill the body up with her energy. When the body is getting to completion, let the overflow spill out of the crown and into your auric field. Then choose a colour and imagine circling the outside of your aura 3 x - protects and strengthens your energy

How to send yourself a Healing

  1. Get into a comfortable position and place both hands on your heart space

Connecting to the heart

  1. Gently bring your attention to your heart space and breathe into the palms of your hands

Activating the heart

  1. Imagine a colour (any colour that comes to you)
  2. Imagine a feeling (any sensation that you become aware of)
  3. Imagine a sound (any noise static/buzz/sensation in your ears)
  4. Any of the 3 above – focus on and imagine making bigger
  5. Keep one hand on your heart space & move the other to your naval and breathe
  6. Imagine breathing into your palm placed on your naval

ENJOY and just BREATHE for as long as you like

We’ve activated your heart to open and then we increased the energy vibrancy, then sent to your naval for your body to receive and share all over!

2 STEP SPIRITUAL HYGIENE

During the day and whenever feeling slightly stressed or ungrounded

  1. DISCONNECTING

swiping your hands with intention and breath -  I disconnect energetically both ways

  1. EARTHING

Swipe your feet on the ground – gently connect with earth energy

For you to do: 

  • Practice with your Intention & Breath + your 4 & 2 steps to Spiritual Hygiene
  • Session 2, I want you to think of something that you’d like to align your energy with. It can be a goal or just a shift you’re wanting for yourself. We’ll be aligning our energies with our antennas

You’ve been practicing your Spiritual Hygiene 4 & 2 Steps

You’ve given yourself regular healings the last 2 weeks

  • So how do you feel?
  • What’s different that you can notice right now?

     Just a take a few moments and write it down

Since our last session if you’ve been doing this daily, there will be a difference in how you’re operating. For example:

  • More clarity
    • Making decisions quicker and easier
  • Not as stressed
    • Able to respond instead of reacting to different situations
  • More energy
    • Your energy is more stable throughout the day – no ups/downs
    • Not as drained or being drained
  • Feel lighter
    • Not carry other people’s stuff
  • Feel happier
    • Some of you may have a bounce in your step

What we’ve created here is space for you to be aware of your thoughts and be aware of your feelings. Now that you’re not so crammed tight within yourself energetically, you might have been able to notice emotional feedback. As I explained in Session 1, the body is giving us feedback through feelings. Which means we don’t have to act or ride every feeling that pops up, just like we don’t run with every thought that pops in our mind – we begin to be discerning in our feelings and emotions and this allows us to pause – manage our emotions.

Managing our emotions doesn’t mean we’re suppressing our feelings by no means, but being able to manage, allows us to choose which emotions we want to respond instead of us reacting to every, single, thing that flutters through us AND this is why PAUSING gives up our POWER!

Antennas

We all have our own energy antennas – we have so many of them too! For Empaths or HSP, majority of the time you will have nearly all your antennas facing outwards. The reason for this is that you’ve learnt to navigate life from a child this way to feel safe and protected. Your antennas are constantly scanning for external danger and your nervous system is usually on high alert for any possible danger too.

Which way our antennas face (inward or outward) is purely habitual now and for us to change this pattern just takes a bit of practice. From Session 1, we were working with our antennas facing inwards. You got to practice placing all your focus back onto you and it’s such a beautiful state to be able to hold yourself in.

Now we don’t have to have our antennas 100% facing inward or outward, we can play with % all the time. That’s what’s fun about manipulating energy! You can choose and play with your antennas facing inward and outward at the same time and you decide where the focus is.

When you do your 4 or 2 Spiritual Hygiene steps – all antennas are inwards

When giving yourself a healing – all antennas are facing inwards

So, what happens when you give someone else a healing?

We begin to shift a portion of our antennas onto the other person, animal or situation, let’s practice this now and gentle be aware of how your antennas move and what %.

 

Giving someone else a healing

Intention      gives you the direction

Breath           gives you movement

  5. Now imagine the person that you’d like to give a heart healing to
  6. Take one hand imagine facing it towards that person
  7. Imagine breathing out of the palm of your hand towards them

ENJOY and just BREATHE for as long as you like

  1. When finished, SWIPE your HANDS to DISCONNECT from them

                      What are your antennas doing?

Aligning your energy to desire or goal

Most of us know how to create a goal, most of us know ‘Law of Attraction’ too. What we get confused with is consistency. For many of us we will focus on something we want but we must be aware of the energy we’re in when consumed by it. We also must be aware of the attachment we have on the other end of it too – sounds complicated hey, but it’s just a mind and energy set to work consistently in = daily discipline.

The other side of using energy to streamline you into your goals and desires is this. You’re wanting to up the ante, meaning you’re wanting to move in this direction as fast as you can. However, in aligning with the energy of what you’re wanting, you also must be prepared for the cleansing of your own energy exactly where you are right now. All this means is that any part of you that isn’t ready or aligned for what you’re wanting will 100% present itself for you to address pretty immediately.

Let me give you an example,

  • Shadow work
  • Inner child work
  • Mindset growth
  • Learning new ways
  • Practicing daily
  • Stepping out of blame (whether you blame yourself or others)
  • Ability to receive
  • Self-Worth
  • Finding your voice
  • Taking action
  • Being completely out of your comfort zone

Here are some aspects that can present themselves for you to address so you can clearly align energetically and if you choose not to, that’s ok too but you’re not aligned to what you’re wanting which means there are blocks.

Whatever presents itself for you to address is always your choice. And I also want to point out, sometimes you can think you’re being punished, the universe is against you or everything you touch goes wrong – that’s absolute rubbish – I’ll say it again, it’s incorrect. With energy, it’s simply a cause and effect there is no right or wrong, it’s whatever energy frequency we’re vibrating at. So, to change your frequency or vibration, takes looking in the mirror and clearing some stuff we don’t need to carry all the time.

Let’s get what you want to align your energy with and ask yourself, are willing to step up and do the work to truly align and step into this goal or desire?

  1. Write down your desire or goal

            Or re read it before the hypno-meditation

  1. What you’re willing to commit to, to step into this energy alignment

            To become the new you, in alignment

  1. What you’re willing to let go of to stay in this energy alignment

            Old parts that no longer serve

  1. If you’re willing receive it now

            Always in receiving mode

The above 4 steps you don’t always have to follow every time. When you’re maintaining this frequency Steps 1 & 4 become the priority.

We’re about to go into the hypno-meditation and for this specific goal or desire. Your daily commitment towards this energy alignment is your choice. For myself with desires and goals, I usually do something daily to align my energy with this, I shall leave your commitment as your choice. The more often you listen to this, the more you’re training and teaching your energy, your antennas through your intention and breath to align in this frequency – please don’t underestimate how powerful manipulating energy this way actually is.
