Most of us know what flow looks like, especially when everything seems to move easily in a direction that we’re wanting. It can appear effortless and streamlined, and flow is represented by what’s achieved and how easy it was.

True flow isn’t about what’s happening externally (although this can give you confirmation). True flow is what’s happening internally, how we’re managing consistently our:

• Energetically
 o What we attract towards us

• Mindset
 o Internal chatter

• Emotionally
 o How we support ourselves

• Physically
 o Taking action

This internal alignment builds and creates trust within yourself (not outside of yourself).

Today we’re going to be working with the top 2 and strengthening our intuition.

Blue Auric Field - Energetic

1. We’re going to clear and ground your energy
2. We’re going to strengthen and then protect your energy field

This will stop other people from either draining your energy OR dumping their unwanted energy towards you. It will allow you to lift and practice holding a higher vibration.

Personally, I believe that by raising your vibration, it’s harder for others to take or dump their energy onto you. I work towards this more than looking at protection however in saying that, starting off it’s important to know

how to protect yourself energetically. Most people don’t know they’re doing this to another person, what they do notice is they feel better afterwards, and you don’t. This becomes a pattern for you, and you’ll start attracting this style of energy exchange from others. So, let’s practice this protection of your energy first and then raise the vibration.

The Higher Mind

  • Going to access the Higher Mind

  • Expand our consciousness here

    To easily step into the Higher Mind, I want you to imagine looking up at the sky and just breathing.

    Flow is about being open and able to receive inspiration. Inspiration is how we receive messages and guidance. Being able to slow down the internal chatter and choose our internal dialogue instead of letting old thoughts rule the roost. I’m talking old old bad habit thoughts, just like we can have our bad habit eating style if we don’t make better choices.

    Inspiration comes through as new ideas or different ways to handle situations. If we’re not aware of our internal dialogue, it’s easy to miss these beautiful messages. And if we’re constantly living in the Ego Mind (3rd Dimension), then we’re definitely going to miss a lot of these messages.

    This is why meditation, exercise and healthy lifestyle is so important (and yes, you’re allowed to be wild and have fun too). Meditation allows you to build that connection with your Higher Mind and learn to reside our thinking from this level of consciousness. It instantly lifts your vibration from and towards:

    ME – WE – ONE

    The longer you can stay in this frequency, the more you allow your body to heal so deeply. The body stores all memories, what we consider good and bad and sometimes are emotions can drive our Ego Mind to look for reasons as to why a feeling is running through our body – here is where we’ll chase our tail trying to figure out the story when this feeling is just a habit, we’ve gotten ourselves into.

So, let’s align your internal dialogue to your Higher Mind specifically to open and receive information = inspiration.

And now let’s integrate energetically and consciously.

Since completing Session 1, if we just take a moment to reflect back. I want you to start noticing if things have become just that little bit easier, that you might have started stepping into flow?

  • Energetically
    • What we attract towards us
  • Mindset
    • Internal chatter
  • Emotionally
    • How we support ourselves
  • Physically
    • Taking action

Your energy and mindset have been aligned – you will all have been receiving messages.

 

Healing yourself – Emotionally

  1. We’re going to do a little heart clearing here
  2. We’re going to declutter some of our emotions

Whether you wear your heart on your sleeve or not isn’t what’s important here, it’s how you hold yourself emotionally – how you hold the space for yourself emotionally. What this means is how you support yourself. I’m not going to skim over this part as it’s necessary for EACH and EVERYONE of us to step up and learn how to be accountable for the emotions that we allow to happen absentmindedly – these are all just patterns.

For some of us, we allow our emotions to control how our day/evening occurs. If you have a negative feeling, a trigger or just get anxious then this will impact now and moving forward. Emotions and sensations are always going to be happening and if we allow our emotions to rule, then we’re never going to be able to flip or turn an experience around.

Let me give you an example, if you’re prone to stress, and because your stress levels are increased, your triggers are also heightened. What does this mean? It just means you’re going to be more reactive to a situation due to your emotions getting bigger and bigger and bigger. The more you let this occur, the more the habit becomes ingrained. Here is where you will have to untrain and then retrain in the way you want to hold your emotions.

    1. Keeping your hands in the same position for approx. 3-5min (or longer)
    2. Let your heart space shift and release
      1. Place your right hand on your heart space
      2. Place your left hand on top of your head – crown space
      3. Take 6 deep breaths into the belly through the mouth – keep mouth in ‘o’ shape
      4. Say out loud

       

      I’m balancing my heart and mind
      I’m giving back control to my heart now

       

      1. Take 3 deep breaths through the nose
      2. Speaking directly to the mind

       

       

      Mind, thank you for keeping me safe and protected my whole life
      I no longer need this protection
      Because my heart’s in charge now
      The way it’s supposed to be
      I forgive myself
      I love myself
      Heart you are safe and protected
      Thank you mind, thank you heart

Taking Action – The Gut Instinct

  • Getting the body to start momentum
  • Getting the body to align with direction

This Gut Instinct is the way our body communicates with us to let us know whether to act on something or not. Personally, I use the gut instinct as timing. Sometimes I know I want to do something and I’m definitely going to do it BUT I haven’t got a ‘when’ to do it. You can use your Gut Instinct to help you with this.

When first starting to use your Gut Instinct, it’s best to start with asking simple YES/NO questions. The more comfortable you become with doing this, the more you can expand your questions so that you can have a full conversation with your body. 

Another way to think of our Gut Instinct is like a pendulum. We use a pendulum as a means of connecting with our Higher Mind and get divine answers (YES/NO format) to questions that we are wanting guidance and direction for. You can use the body as a physical pendulum and find a movement for YES and different movement for NO. But today, we’re just going to be honing in receiving information energetically via our Gut Instinct.

Let’s activate and align the Gut Instinct with the Heart, Mind and Energy!

And now, we’re going to integrate these 4 parts together. This is combination is powerful in finding your flow. Even when you think flow has been disrupted, you’re able to pivot and adapt to change AND then find your new flow and rhythm in life for you.

I’ll be using a Merkaba to assist in merging these 4 parts. Each part has been activated and strengthened individually and now we do them together.
