The Sweetness of Life
Session 1:
How fast are you living your life?
Throughout this session, I’ll be gently slowing our pace down in parts. This may feel frustrating for some who move at a very fast pace, but I just want you to practice this for now. We all need to slow down to be able to recharge hence why I’m doing this in parts
1. LET’S SLOW DOWN - me
Life is fast and for some of us it appears to be getting faster and faster. Time is running past us and we’re playing catch up. The pace of our life is determined simply by how present and connected we are. Time is manmade and created as a measurement throughout and for our life.
What I want to know is when did time start to dictate our lives?
The pace of our lives gives us a direct result of how much we enjoy ourselves. I’m not referring to high energy pace - excitement (as that’s a fast pace in itself), I’m referring to deeper moments that impact you, that allow you to be in the moment of whatever you’re choosing to do.
We all want to experience sweetness, but is it just a blanket word that we create an unrealistic expectation?
We already do this for many other blanket words where we give this grandiose expectation and are continuously disappointed, like love, friendship and more. It’s important to break down these words and give our own definition instead of the oxford dictionary’s definition.
So, let’s do this for sweetness now, write down (in point form) what sweetness means to you...
Let me share my definition of sweetness first to guide you in understanding what it means for you.

Now you have your definition of what Sweetness means to you, I want you just to reread over your definition with one hand over your heart and just breathe. We’re going to anchor this new meaning for you in your body, so you begin to get familiar with Sweetness right now!
When we live a fast pace, we’re living outside of our body, which means we’re not connected to ourselves – our heart or body. Once we disconnect from the body, we’re not in the moment, we’re not present with ANYTHING that we’re doing. We’re residing in the future and here, is where stress and anxiety begin to be part of the norm in your world.
Being connected to your body MEANS that you are present, you are in the moment.
Being connected to your heart MEANS that you’re able to have instant connection with others and if needed compassion and empathy and most of all, you’re connected to yourself.
If we’re residing in our mind only, then this is where a disconnect in life begins. And this disconnect, is what people will call, feeling empty, lonely, not important, don’t belong + more.
3. LET’S SLOW DOWN - me
There is a huge importance in SLOWING DOWN.
It allows one to unwind, replenish, recharge, reassess, reflect and more importantly, not go over your energy limits. If you just keep going and going and going, then it becomes more of an unravelling, a burnout, a spiral downwards to a complete STOP. Forget pausing, it’s a period of stopping until you recharge your tank, and this can take months.
So, let’s begin this beautiful process of a gradual slow down and allow your body to get familiar with this state as it is such a beautiful state to sit in internally.
Again, if you’re a fast-paced person, this relearning to slow down can cause a slight distress as you’ve taught yourself that it’s not the right pace for living. Whether your fast paced or not, it’s important to be able to access both sides to find your middle ground for you and here is where we reset the pace in your life!
Listen to your Hypno-Meditation as often as you’d like – this recording will replenish you each time you listen to it and gently getting you more and more familiar with your own sweetness in life!
Enjoy

The Sweetness of Life
Session 2:
If you’ve been listening to your hypno-meditation, you’ll have been replenishing your energies with a vibration of sweetness infused into it. It will have deeply rejuvenated you from a cellular level, creating soft gentle moments to connect to sweetness in the last 2 weeks.
In our last session we focused on replenishing the physical body – this session we’re going to focus on the Heart Chakra and replenishing it with sweetness and gently spread this across all your chakras. Just like last session, I’ll gently be opening your Heart Chakra to infuse sweetness energy. Some of you may feel a bit emotional as we do this, and it’s ok if there are a few tears as we release to allow yourself to receive.
1. Gentle Heart Opening
We’re now working with our chakras and specifically the Heart Chakra, where all our feelings are expressed through it. This chakra it the centre that connects the lower 3 chakras to the upper 3 chakras.
Upper 3 chakras are higher self/source bound:
-
Throat
-
Third Eye
-
Crown
HEART CHAKRA – the connecter above and below
Lower 3 chakras are more earthbound:
-
Solar Plexus
-
Sacral
-
Base/Root
The Heart Chakra works as a go between these two realms/dimensions. Depending, if you’re more in your head or really connect to your body will determine how you process all these feelings/emotions and then share to connect with others.
1. Living more in your head/mind – your thoughts will drive your EMOTIONS 2. Living more in your body – your body’s sensations will drive your FEELINGS
2. Gentle Heart Opening
Each time I’m gently opening your heart space, you will feel a slight expansion happening. If you feel any tightness or pressure, gently breath into your heart space and allow the breath to shift the energy within.
I’d like you to spend a couple of moments with your eyes closed and just observing what’s different and what you notice with this opening – write it down.
Stepping into sweetness can kind of feel like a slowing down of time, so if you’re a fast-paced person you’ll really feel this handbrake coming into your world. I’m encouraging you not to resist or try to control it, I ask you to relax into it. For some, it may feel like relaxing into the cold (or an ice bath), so when you feel that pull back (the handbrake), just take a couple of deep breaths and relax your head, neck, shoulders, arms and torso. Relax your hips, buttocks, thighs all the way down to your feet. This will bring you back into your body instead of just zooming throughout your day with your mind only.
Sweetness is bringing you gently back into your body AND the present moment. You can’t step into sweetness fleetingly – it’s just won’t happen. I want you to think of sweetness like smelling flowers, we pause to smell then let the aroma waft through our nasal passage all while creating all these sweet sensations and thoughts throughout the body. Just for that moment, we forget all about our tasks, work, stresses, goals etc – we truly step into the moment of sweet sensations!
3. Gentle Heart Opening
In the hypno-meditation, I’ll be working with the upper and lower chakras. Upper chakras will have a triangle from the shoulders (throat) to the top of your head (crown). Lower chakras will have an upside triangle from the waist (solar plexus) to the groin (base).
You can listen to your hypno-meditation as often as you like and fall asleep to it. This is going to be pretty and uplifting as we infuse sweetness into the heart space.
