Does Your Home Feel Like Something Else Is There?

Have you ever walked into a certain room in your home and immediately felt uncomfortable?

Maybe one area always feels colder, heavier or just different from the rest of the house.

Perhaps you’ve had that strange feeling that you’re not quite alone, even though you know no one else is there.

You might get goosebumps for no apparent reason, feel as though someone is watching you, notice unusual sounds or movement, or simply sense an energy around you that doesn’t feel like it belongs in your home.

And sometimes you can’t explain any of it.

You just know something feels… off.

If you’re sensitive to energy, don’t automatically dismiss what you’re feeling.

Sometimes the energy within a home goes much deeper than needing a simple energetic cleanse.

When a Home Holds More Than Just Our Own Energy

Our homes hold energy.

They hold the energy of the people who live there now, but they can also carry energetic imprints from previous owners, tenants, visitors, events and the land itself.

And sometimes, there may be a spirit, entity or attachment within the home.

A spirit may be someone who previously lived in the home or had a connection to the land and, for whatever reason, is still energetically attached to it.

Sometimes a spirit may attach itself to a person rather than the property, wanting to remain connected to this physical realm and continuing to experience aspects of life through that person.

An entity is different.

It is an energetic being or presence that may attach itself to a person, an object, the home or even the land.

Not every spirit or energetic presence is something to be frightened of. We can also have beautiful spiritual guides and energies around us.

That is not what I’m talking about here.

I’m referring to the energies that feel intrusive, uncomfortable or simply not yours.

You Can Often Feel When an Energy Doesn't Belong

If you’ve ever visited an old cemetery, historic building or location with a lot of energetic history, you may understand what I mean.

If you’re sensitive to energy, you can sometimes feel the atmosphere change immediately.

You may feel heaviness, coldness, tingling, goosebumps or a sense that there are other energies around you.

Then you leave the area and the feeling disappears.

But what happens when that feeling is inside your own home and it doesn’t disappear?

That is very different.

Your home is supposed to be the place where you can close the door on the outside world, kick off your shoes and feel safe.

It should feel like your space.

So when there is an unwanted energetic presence within the home, you can often feel it.

Signs Your Home May Need a Deeper Energetic Clearing

There isn’t one single sign that tells you a home needs a deep spiritual house cleansing.

Usually, it’s a combination of things.

You might notice:

• Certain rooms feel unusually heavy, cold or uncomfortable
• You continually get goosebumps in a particular area
• You feel watched when no one is there
• You sense a presence around you
• You hear unexplained noises or movement
• You avoid certain areas of the house without really knowing why
• Your home never feels completely peaceful, regardless of what you do
• You feel drained, unsettled, irritated or uncomfortable when you’re at home
• You’ve cleansed the home yourself but the same feeling keeps returning

Sometimes people have already tried sage, incense, crystals, sound bowls, prayers or other forms of house energy cleansing.

They may help for a while.

But then that heaviness creeps back in again.

That’s when we need to look deeper.

Why Isn't a Regular House Cleansing Shifting It?

There’s a big difference between giving your home an energetic freshen-up and doing a Deeper House & Land Clearing.

Think about physically cleaning your home.

You can vacuum, dust and open the windows and everything feels fresh again.

But occasionally something needs more than a quick clean.

Energetically, our homes can be the same.

If there are deeper layers attached to the property, the land, objects within the home or the people living there, simply clearing the surface energy may not be enough.

This is where I go deeper.

My Deeper House & Land Clearings

This is not surface-level energy clearing.

My Deeper House & Land Clearings are layered energetic work that goes into the foundations of the home, the land it sits upon and the people living within it.

Over a series of days, I work through multiple energetic layers, identifying and clearing what is attached, what doesn’t belong and what may be creating energetic blocks within the home.

This may include energy that has accumulated over time, energy brought into the home through people or objects, spirits and entities, attachments, generational energy or energy that has been intentionally or unintentionally directed towards the home or someone living there.

The process can include clearing:

Because I don’t want to simply remove unwanted energy and leave an energetic vacuum behind.

One that feels clear.

Lighter.

Calmer.

And most importantly, yours.

Each person living within the home is also individually energetically cleared and recalibrated, including scanning the ancestral lineage where relevant.

I then align the people within the home with its new energetic frequency so there can be a smoother, more natural integration between you, your home and the land beneath it.

And yes, the animals living in the home are part of its energetic environment too.

We spend so much of our lives in our homes.

We sleep there.

We rest there.

We love there.

We heal there.

Our home witnesses an enormous part of our life, which is why I believe its energy matters.

You shouldn’t continually feel uncomfortable in your own space or feel that something else is occupying it with you.

After a Deeper House & Land Clearing, the intention is for your home to feel fresh, clear, calm and energetically yours again.

A space that holds you.

A space that supports you.

A space where you can walk through the front door, exhale and feel:

“This is my home.”
